"I needed some things fixed in my house, so I called Felipe.  He came over to my house to give me a estimate.  Felipe said he can fix whatever I needed done.  I had him replace my dining room light, install a wood mantel on my fireplace, patch it as well to match the remaining stones, and put cabinets in my laundry room with quartz counter top.  He didn't an excellent job, and I would use him again for future projects around the house."

"These guys were great.  They showed up on time did the work they we're ask to at a reasonable price.  They also did some extra work that we ask them to do. We had them remove a wall, put up a beam, move and added some electrical outlets, relocated some plumbing, and put in some canned lighting throughout our kitchen. They also remove the ceramic tile in our kitchen. I would definitely hire them again for some additional work in the future."

"Felipe was at the head for our house remodel which included - (2) bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, moulding, and electrical. Throughout the 3 month process he was honest, on time, and very clean. Without an architect or designer - his expertise shown on all the specific things we would need to get the job done (Range ducting, hot water valves, drain heads, faucet designs, etc) He even came back to the house after the final walkthrough to fix a few details, which I felt was above and beyond. Overall, we were very happy with the job he did and have referred him to a few friends since then."

"This was my first remodel ever (kitchen, living room, dining, and entryway) and I spent a LONG time finding the right contractor.  From the beginning Felipe was super responsive and willing to answer all my questions.  I didn't use an architect or designer, so even as I was shopping for materials for a few months before the project started, Felipe was always available to answer my questions, which I really appreciated.  The work started as expected and I was impressed by the level of detail in the work and how clean the crew left it every night.  Given that we are still in Covid I liked that it was the same crew everyday, and Felipe was either here working all day or would stop by and check the work and correct it if it didn't meet his standard.  I also love how nice and happy the crew was.  There is SO much detail I wasn't expected and he made sure to ask me for every decision and even offered his opinion when I was stumped.   The only issue we ran into was my fault as I didn't order enough flooring, but he was able to work that around his schedule.   Even on the last day he fit in some extra granite work that I hadn't originally asked for, which I am so grateful for since it really completed the work.   I have some other projects in mind that I will be using FO Remodeling for once I am ready."

"I will say by far one of the best contractors over worked with. He was polite, knowledgeable, respectful of our time and vision and doesn't cut any corners. Felipe and his crew took on a complete bathroom remodel for me and a few other repairs around the house fascia boards and stucco cracks. The project was major as they completely gutted the two bathrooms hall and master. In the hall bathroom it went from a retro 60s bathroom with just a vanity and toilet and created a 3/4 bathroom with toilet vanity and shower stall. From floor to ceiling they did it all! The master was gutted and one wall was completely removed and rebuilt due to years of a leaking shower. I've included some picture of the work they did. He and his team helped guide me through the design process using years of expertise in the field to help tweak my vision to make sure I would love the finished products and not did I! He's a do it all type of contractor from plumbing to electrical to flooring he has the skill set for it all.  Currently working with him on a kitchen remodel and once that starts and is finished I'll add to my post. Definitely recommend using him if you need a reliable, knowledgeable and affordable contractor. Great job FO remodel!"

Everything was done on schedule, questions were answered and Felipe had good recommendations. He even took away previous construction debris I still had in my garage for a little bit extra as well."

"Budget was main concern from the beginning. Our house for flooded not knowing that our water heater was leaking for quite sometime. I got several bids ranging from $52 thousand down to 16k. Due to our pandemic issues our cash was dwindling down fast. Although the home owners insurance covered most of the expenses. Our house was in a chaotic situation. I was hesitant to hire Felipe from the beginning but they did a miraculous job considering the limited budget that we have from the start. We have to pay from our own pocket first until we get reimbursed. I am very pleased with the repairs that they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs house remodeling or any minor to major repairs in anybody's house. They also come on time and they don't moonlight to another job and leaving mine behind. Very affordable and very easy to work with. They clean up thier mess daily. Attached are some pics."
